In short, the answer is "Yes." Open carry in Wisconsin is legal if you are at least 18 years old and qualify under Federal and State laws (i.e. You are not prohibited due to past convictions, restrictions, protective orders, etc.). Restrictions do apply, and it's best to review applicable federal, state and local laws to determine where those restricted areas are.
